Renovation of an educational facility in Durham, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Hunt Chiller is over 30 years old and has surpassed its useful life expectancy. This project will replace the existing Hunt Chiller with a new 850-ton chiller in the central chiller plant. The Designer is to provide a well-defined scope and budget. So that the selection process is as objective as possible, from this date until an NCSSM public announcement, do not contact members of the Board of Trustees, School Officials, and staff other than the project contact.
