Site work for a water / sewer project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier's check made payable to the City of Cheyenne. The successful bidder shall furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid. A surety bond is required for contracts over $150,000.00. Provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are, by reference, made an express part of the contract documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in the bidding. Project Location Site #1: Southeast corner of 4212 Converse Avenue (Address TBD), Cheyenne, Wyoming, 82001. The project includes the extension of the main utilities to the Converse Avenue Site. The Site currently has no water or sanitary sewer utilities and they will need to be extended from Dell Range Boulevard.
