Invitation for Bid (IFB) -- Boiler Maintenance, HTP and amp; Lockinvar Boilers Under M.G.L. c. 30, 39M the Brockton Housing Authority (BHA), the Awarding Authority, is seeking sealed bids from qualified Boiler Service Contractors for the Maintenance of 117 boilers in various Authority's locations. This is a three- year contract that may be renewed at the discretion of BHA, with a favorable vote of the Board of Commissioners, for an additional two-year period. Rule of Award: The award shall be made to the best responsive and responsible bidder with the best price. Last day for written question is 12 noon December 15, 2022 Postmarks will not be considered. Sealed bids submitted on any other form will not be accepted as valid bids.
