The Brockton Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the 667-1A Rainbow Terrace, and 667-2 Kennedy Drive Common Entry Door Assembly Replacement, #044095 in Brockton, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Richard Alvord Architects. The Project consists of: Removal of existing wood, glass and door assemblies at the development residential buildings and installation of new aluminum storefront and door assemblies at all first-floor locations. Entry replacement will occur at two developments. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. ** General Bids will be received until 1:00 PM on Tuesday, 24 January 2023 Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $40.00 per set for UPS Ground (or $65.00 per set for UPS overnight), non- refundable General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), formerly known as SOMWBA.
