As of February 15, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Required bonds include a bid guarantee from each bidder, equivalent to 5% of the bid price, and one of the following: A performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price. Separate payment and performance bonds each for 50% or more of the contract price. A 20% cash escrow; or A 25% irrevocable letter of credit. The Contractor shall pay to the Housing Authority as fixed, agreed, and liquidated damages the Sum of $500.00 for each Calendar Day of delay until the work is completed and accepted, or until the Contractor's right to proceed is terminated.
