Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lisle, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work included in this contract shall consist of furnishing all the materials, labor and equipment required for the construction of approximately 570 feet of 18-inch diameter storm sewer, 1910 feet of 24- inch diameter storm sewer, 810 feet of 30-inch diameter storm sewer and 130 feet of various sized storms sewer, pavement patching, restoration and all other incidental work necessary to complete this improvement according to the plans, Standard Specifications and special provisions. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check made payable to the Village of Lisle for not less than five percent of the bid amount. No proposals or bids will be considered unless accompanied by such bond or check. All work under this Contract is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. A prevailing wage determination has been made by the Illinois Department of Labor for public works projects in DuPage County and can be accessed by computer at: website. The Village of Lisle reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a proposal and reject the remainder without disclosure for any reason. Failure to make such a disclosure will not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action by any bidder against the Village of Lisle. The contractor selected will also be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and executive orders including but not limited to those pertaining to equal employment opportunity. The term of this Contract shall be March 15, 2023 to August 31, 2023
