Planning, design, demolition and removal of the LLDs existing monument sign and procurement and installation of a new monument sign and associated work Schedule: Work to be completed to align with the preliminary project schedule as noted in the RFP. Installation is anticipated for April of 2023. The successful bidder will comply with the provisions of all State of Illinois and federal laws concerning public works projects as well as the State of Illinois Human Rights Act and the regulations of the Illinois Human Rights Commission. Bidders are advised the final agreement will include certain special conditions, including but not limited to: Proof of Insurance, Contractor and Subcontractor Substance Abuse Prevention Policy, Contractors Drug-Free Workplace Certification, Fair Employment Practices Affidavit of Compliance, Anti-Collusion Affidavit of Compliance, Indemnity Hold Harmless Agreement, and Contractors Certification. The Lisle Library District reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals, waive irregularities and technicalities and make an award in the best interest of the Library.
