The Village of Lisle seeks to enter into a contract with a qualified contractor to provide labor, equipment, supplies and incidentals in order to pick-up, haul away and dispose of leaves collected by the Village. If any prospective bidder has questions about this ITB, bidder may submit inquiries via email to procurement@villageoflisle.org. All inquiries must be in writing and received no later than Thursday, April 7, 2022. If accepted, the Contract term shall commence after Owner's acceptance of the Contract provided Bidder shall have furnished to Owner all bonds and all insurance certificates (if required) specified in this Contract (the "Commencement Date") and will terminate at 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2023 ("Term") This Contract shall also include three (3) one-year optional renewal terms (each a "Renewal Term"). Each Renewal Term shall commence on May 1 and will terminate at 11:59 p.m. on April 30 of each subsequent year. Upon expiration of the then-current Term or Renewal Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, reserves the right to reject the low price proposal, and reserves such other rights as are set forth in the Instructions to Bidders.
