Renovation of the Guy-Sanche library and of construction of a two-floor addition. TIMELINE: Project has been included in the Quebec infrastructure plan for 2026-2036. Following the architectural competition for design of this project the owner has selected three teams that will take part in the final competition phase: Cobe A/S (from Denmark and Quebec); Pelletier de Fontenay (from Quebec); Épigraphe Architectes (from Quebec). The finalist teams had until May 7, 2026, to submit their supplementary proposal. The public hearing will be held on Monday, June 1, at 19:00, at the Library and Archives Canada administrative offices, located at 550 Boulevard de la Cité.
