Renovation of a library in Kearney, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 90,000-square-foot, three-story above grade library.
*Absolutely no inquiries will be accepted at this time. Unsolicited inquiries may result in disqualification in any future bidding opportunities. MCL is asking for budget pricing on the DD set of drawings provided. This project is mainly a mechanical and electrical upgrade to the 3 story library. There will also be some remodel work that will happen at the east and west entrances and some upgrades to the center stairwell. Due to time constraints, MCL will be purchasing the Air Handling Units, transformer, generator, switchgear, and surge protection devices ahead of a subcontractor being on board. Once a subcontractor is selected for the work, all details of that equipment, deliveries, and warranties will be handed off to that contractor and be carried under them. Please keep this in mind when providing your budget.
