Approx. 1,200 LF of 6-inch through 8-inch water line and all appurtenances 2. Approx. 1,230 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all appurtenances 3. Approx. 1,020 LF of 24-inch through 42-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances 4. Approx. 5,125 SY of 8-in Subgrade Preparation 5. Approx. 4,585 SY of 6-in Reinforced Concrete Pavement 6. Approx. 2,495 LF of Reinforced Concrete Curb 7. Storm Water Pollution Control 8. Restoration of the site 9. Lot Grading Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature in accordance with Owners Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
