The project is expected to be awarded on Mid November.** The intent of this Bid request is to obtain an offer to perform Work to complete Athletics 2023 Renovations located at 10635 Dunham Rd, Hartland, Michigan48353 A. Alternate 1 - To provide a new Toilet Room Buildings at the Ball Fields. 1. Base Bid: To construct the new Toilet Building as indicated. Work will generally include: a. Excavation and backfill for foundations. b. Concrete foundations, and slabs c. Exterior brick and CMU insulated cavity walls d. Interior masonry partitions. e. Rough Carpentry including nailers, blocking, engineered wood trusses, and plywood roof deck. f. Shingles, flashings, soffits, louvers, and vents. g. Doors frames and hardware h. Windows and glazing i. Casework, specialties, and lockers j. Floor, wall and ceiling finishes, k. Electrical equipment, conduit, wiring, fixtures and devices. l. Plumbing piping, insulation, controls and fixtures. m. Mechanical equipment, controls, ductwork, insulation, diffusers, dampers, and grilles n. Other work as indicated. 2. Alternate Bid: To exclude the work related to the construction of Toilet Room Building at the ball fields: a. Provide alternate location for electrical services to location adjacent to the new press box as indicated. B. Alternate 2 - To provide new prefabricated storage buildings. 1. Base Bid: To provide 10' x 12' prefabricated storage building. Work Includes: a. Prefabricated storage building as detailed. b. 6" compacted crushed stone base c. Electrical power, fixtures, devices, and controls. b. Other work as indicated 2. Alternate Bid 2A: To provide prefabricated storage buildings 12' x 16" in lieu of 10' x 12'. 3. Alternate Bid 2B: To deduct from the Base Bid, the provision of the storage building. C. Alternate 3. - To provide a new Press Box at the Soccer Field. 1. Base Bid: To provide prefabricated Press Box as indicated. Work will generally include: a. Supply and installation of a Prefabricated Press Box assembly as detailed. b. Supply and installation of the steel support structure and foundations. c. Supply and installation of access stairs and railings. d. Supply and installation panel enclosure. e. Supply and installation door, frame, and hardware for panel enclosure. f. Provide connection for power and data 2. Alternate Bid: To deduct the press box work from the base price and to provide only electrical conduit, feeders and data conduit to location of press box and terminate. D. Alternate 4 - To provide alternate scoreboard. 1. Base Bid: To provide Daktronics Score Board as specified. 2. Alternate Bid: To provide Fair play scoreboard with matching features abs the basis of design scoreboard, in lieu of the Daktronics scoreboard.
