Renovation of a municipal facility in Holland, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Holland will receive sealed bids from prospective bidders to provide all material, labor, tools, equipment, and equipment rental for Holland City Hall, located at 270 S. River Avenue, Holland, MI 49423 gutter lining project that will consist of: a) line the existing gutters with self-adhering EPDM roof membrane b) install an aluminum termination bar along the inside edge under tile caps c) flash the outside edge with 5" EPDM flashing tape Questions regarding the project should be directed to Matt VanDyken, Assistant City Manager at 616-355-1313 or m.vandyken@cityofholland.com. Site inspections may be scheduled. Per MCL 129.201, for any contract or bid for alterations or repairs of a City Building that exceeds $50,000, contractors are required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond to be paid by the contractor
