The MTA is seeking qualified companies to provide 24-hour snow and ice removal services for its specified facilities including parking lots, sidewalks and entry ways as depicted here in the Scope of Work. MTA makes no representations, warranties or agreements with respect to this IFB. In addition, MTA makes no commitment to purchase any products or services or take any other action, including but not limited to, awarding a contract to the Supplier submitting the low responsive and responsible bid. The contract term will be for the 2022-2023 winter season with the option to renew for the 2023-2024 winter season and the 2024-2025 winter season. MTA makes no representations, warranties or agreements with respect to this IFB. In addition, MTA makes no commitment to purchase any products or services or take any other action, including but not limited to, awarding a contract to the individual/firm submitting the lowest responsible responsive bid. MTA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB at any time for any or no reason. All amendments to this IFB shall be in writing
