The Contract for Concrete Replacement at Three (3) School Sites will include the labor and materials, for the period of the contract. The contractor shall furnish the required labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete, in the time frame established by the District, all work defined under this scope of work and work specifications. The contractor will utilize experienced workmen, while providing fulltime supervision at all times, with all concrete replacement being completed in a professional manner. Question Deadline 10/07/2022 at 12:00 PM PT San Bernardino City Unified School District, through its Maintenance and Operations Department, wishes to enter into a labor and materials agreement with a qualified vendor that can professionally replace broken and/or damaged concrete, and all other requested tasks as described in the scope of work at three (3) School Sites. The San Bernardino City Unified School District has an Average Daily Attendance (ADA) of approximately 54,000 students, and is located in central San Bernardino County and serves a diverse geological area of approximately 105 square miles. San Bernardino City Unified School District consists of small schools in rural mountain and foothill communities and larger suburban schools in valley flatland areas. The district operates 49 elementary schools, 11 middle schools, and 10 high schools. In addition, the District operates a continuation school, community day school, independent study schools, charter schools, and adult education and preschool programs.
