The Department hereby requests Proposals from Proposers interested in entering a contract for the Middle-Mile Broadband Network JOC (MMBN JOC) (Project) through a JOC Master Agreement. The Project, further defined in Appendix A, is intended to install broadband conduit, fiber, and required appurtenances in San Bernardino, Riverside, Imperial, and San Diego counties at various locations as part of the Middle-Mile Broadband Network Program.
