Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Inspection of Fire Suppression Systems Services, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, equipment, tools, permits, taxes and fees to perform the required inspection of fire suppression systems services as described in Exhibit A, Attachment 1 Detailed Scope of Work. Invitation for Bid (IFB), entitled IFB #2CA05344 Inspection of Fire Suppression Systems Services. In submitting your bid, you must comply with these instructions. For public works construction projects (inclusive of new construction, alteration, installation, demolition and/or repair) exceeding $25,000.00 or public works maintenance projects exceeding $15,000.00, the Prime Contractor and any subcontractors must be currently registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) to perform public works projects as specified by Labor Code section 1771.1. The Prime Contractor must provide proof of this registration. In the opinion of Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), this IFB is complete and without need of explanation.
