Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of June 19, 2023, construction is underway, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. No further inquiries to be accepted. Any Bids received after the above specified time will be immediately returned to the Bidder unopened. The site of the work is located Bluffs Middle School on Broadway, Scottsbluff. The major items of work and approximate quantities under this contract are as follows: BMS West Parking Lot: 7,945 S.Y. Pavement Removal & Replacement, Base Bid - Concrete Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) unqualified of the amount of maximum Bid price shall be required with each Bid. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Right is reserved in the interest of the Owner to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in the Bids received. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
