As of November 28, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Lift Station Excavation Muck Excavation Riprap Installation of Filter Media Installation of Pump Installation of forcemain Installation of slotted draintile Landscaping All work under the Contract must be complete by June 30, 2023. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. A proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Fridley shall accompany each bid. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
