Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tifton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Any Contractor submitting a bid must be a pre-qualified Georgia Department of Transportation Contractor. All utility work performed under this contract must be performed by a licensed Utility Contractor by the State of Georgia. Both license numbers must be written on the face of the bid envelope. No bid will be opened unless the license number is clearly shown. See Instructions to Bidders for additional bidding requirements. The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the proposed West Phillipsburg Community Project as shown on the construction drawings. In general, construction consists of the construction of +/- 4,000 linear feet of twenty foot wide urban roadway including curb and gutter, storm drainage pipe and boxes, box culverts, concrete ditch paving, base and asphalt, +/- 4,000 of 8-inch PVC water main replacement with the transfer of existing water services, fire hydrants, etc., the replacement of +/- 1,500 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer replacement, +/- 3,000 linear feet of 18-inch sanitary sewer main replacement with associated transfer of existing sewer services and all associated measures for the complete project as shown in the construction drawings. This work will be awarded in one (1) contract with a 365 consecutive calendar day construction schedule. The Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise.
