Plymouth Borough has an LP 50kW Indoor Emergency Generator that will be removed and upgraded to an Outdoor Weatherproof NG 50kW Emergency Generator. The existing ATS and Emergency Panelboard and feeder circuit breakers and their ampacities associated with the Generator shall also be replaced and upgraded. The existing Facility Electrical Service Disconnect and Main Distribution Panel-MDP shall also be removed and upgraded to a new MDP with integral Main Circuit Breaker and all new feeder circuit breakers to match existing ampacities. A Fault Current study will verify the required AIC Ratings for all panelboards and circuit breakers. All existing circuits shall be labeled and made ready for transfer and connection to new circuit breakers. Existing Natural Gas Service to be modified to extend and source Generator as required. Existing Propane Gas Tank shall be removed once work is completed. Any contractor who does not do so and submits a bid does so at his own risk. Bid proposals must be on the forms provided. Bid Security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Plymouth Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids and portions thereof or to waive informalities in the bidding.
