The proposed work consists of the maintenance of all City HVAC units relative to equipment, personnel and materials required to perform this work. The scope of work involved includes, but is not limited to, preventative maintenance, quarterly maintenance, emergency maintenance/repairs and diagnostics. Units will be checked for proper operations, cleaning of units annually, as well as additional preventative maintenance services listed separately. Services are to be completed in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of the Public Works Department. Failure to appear by the start of the scheduled prebid meeting will result in a forfeiture of any costs the contract bid documents/improvement plans paid by the bidder, no future addendum notices will be given on this Service Contract, and the contractor will not be permitted to submit a bid for the Service Contract. A representative from each bidder is required to attend and provide proof of identification at the time of registration. Representatives are required to stay for the duration of the meeting in order to be eligible to submit a bid for the Service Contract. The City will only receive Bids through electronically. Question Deadline 10/11/2022 at 4:00 PM ET The City of Hudson, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work.
