Heating System Replacement for Hunt Manor A. Work Included: The Work of this contract is titled Heating System replacement for Hunt Manor, AMP 259. The Work is defined in the Contract Documents, which includes plans and specifications. The specifications and drawings shall be referenced for detailed specifications and descriptions of the work involved. B. Project Description: (1) The Work generally consists of : a. Replacement of natural gas fired boilers for hot water baseboard heat for 11 apartment building and an administration/maintenance shop building. b. Replacement of circulation pumps, expansion tanks, back flow preventers, dirt separators, and other components of heating systems as described in project drawings and specifications. c. Balancing of circuit setters to regulate hot water flow rates for each apartment unit. d. Provide full two (2) warranty for all equipment and materials installed on the project. Warranty period begins on date of final acceptance of work.
