Box 618, Norton, VA 24273, until Thursday, March 2nd, 2023, at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of the construction of approximately 1300' of multi-use trail, including an elevated boardwalk, retaining walls, curb ramps, drainage infrastructure, pedestrian signal upgrades, and pavement markings along 12th Street near J.I. Burton High School in Norton, VA. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $1,100,000. The Project has an expected duration of 180 days.
