The Town of New Milford invites detailed Proposals from qualified Consultant firms with expertise to provide engineering and inspection services for the Reservoir #4 dam, located on Second Hill in New Milford. The Reservoir #4 dam is registered with the State of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, Registration 201206962, as a Hazard Class B, Significant Hazard Potential Dam. The Town is requesting proposals from qualified licensed engineering firms to periodically update the Emergency Action plan, conduct required inspections and to provide engineering design services to address deficiencies identified during the inspections. Question Submission Deadline:October 17, 2022, 8:00am Question Response Deadline:October 20, 2022, 5:00pm Tentative Project Completion Date:June 30, 2023 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
