Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 is seeking qualified companies to establish a contract for "Purchase and Installation of Chain Link Fence with Gate" for the following location: Northwest Corner of Sunflower Road and Tex Mex Road, Edinburg, Texas. (Refer to "Exhibit A-1"- Site Plan & Location Map). SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Bidder will provide all necessary materials and installation to meet specifications as set forward: QUANTITY o 2,864 Linear Feet of 9-gauge galvanized steel chain link fence. o Double barbwire. o Double drive gate 6' X 35'. o 1 5/8 Top rail SCH 40 o 1 7/8 Line post SCH 40 post every 10' o 2 3/8 Terminal SCH 40 o 6 5/8 Gate post SCH 40 NO FACSIMILES OR LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THAT TIME WILL NOT BE OPENED AND WILL BE RETURNED. OVERNIGHT MAIL MUST BE PROPERLY LABELED ON THE OUTSIDE OF EXPRESS ENVELOPE OR PACKAGE IN REFERENCE TO BID. HIDALGO COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO.1 reserves the right to refuse and reject any/all bids and to waive any/all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the bid considered the best and most advantageous to the Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1.
