ECISD Purchasing Office normal business days are Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and will be closed on recognized holidays. INVITATION: Your firm is invited to submit a Competitive Sealed Proposal to the Owner, for the work described and located at the above address, on or before the proposal deadline indicated above. INSPECTION OF THE SITE: The site is also accessible for inspection at other times upon notification to the Owner and/or Architect/ Engineer. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site and assess existing conditions; however strict staff supervision and observation requirements must be followed due to the presence of children occupying the facility.
