The project consists of the following: "Sandblast and Re-paint the interior and exterior, Touch up paint on second tank, construction of internal mixing system and miscellaneous items for the 50,000 gallon standpipe off of Walker Road in Boone County, Arkansas. Information for Bidders, Bid Forms, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Bid Bond Form, Performance and Payment Bond Forms, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the Engineer, or at the Southwest Boone County Water Association. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
