Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Harrison, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Bids will be received for individual trade packages listed above on the Harrison Parks & Recreation Renovation project. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid over $100,000.00 in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws ordinance and regulations. Bids must be firm for a period of ten (10) days after the scheduled time of opening. PERFORMANCE-PAYMENT BOND A one hundred percent (100%) Performance-Payment Bond issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Arkansas will be required within ten (10) working days after the successful bidder has been notified of the award of the contract to him. Only applicable to bids over $100,000.00.
