Renovation of a municipal facility in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids for the purchase of various sizes and specifications of Bullet Resistant Composition Panels, Bullet Resistant Transaction Windows and Tempered Door Glass Inserts will be received by the County of Blair for each of the County s six (6) magisterial district judges offices. This is a bid for purchase and delivery only; panels and/or windows and/or glass to be installed by County personnel. Bidders must submit an original of the completed and executed Bid Form in a sealed envelope clearly marked Bid Proposal for Blair County MDJ Glass Security Upgrade with bidder s name and address No responsibility shall be attached to any County representative for premature opening of a bid not properly addressed and identified. Any questions regarding the specification should be directed to James Pooler at 814-693-3250. The Blair County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, omissions, defects or irregularities in the bids, and to accept and award any contract which, in its judgment, is for the best interest of the Blair County Commissioners. If the contract is to be awarded, it will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder whose evaluation by the County of Blair indicates to the County of Blair that the award will be in the best interest of the project
