Sealed bids for the purchase of various sizes and specifications of Bullet Resistant Composition Panels, Bullet Resistant Transaction Windows and Tempered Door Glass Inserts will be received by the County of Blair for each of the County s six (6) magisterial district judges offices. This is a bid for purchase and delivery only; panels and/or windows and/or glass to be installed by County personnel. Bidders must submit an original of the completed and executed Bid Form in a sealed envelope clearly marked Bid Proposal for Blair County MDJ Glass Security Upgrade with bidder s name and address No responsibility shall be attached to any County representative for premature opening of a bid not properly addressed and identified.
