SCOPE: The City of Missouri City intends to award to one contractor the complete construction of the WW-01 FBTCIII Regional Lift Station Project. Including, but not limited to installation of a new wastewater lift station with 12 foot diameter concrete well basin 24 feet below ground, sanitary influent lines, manholes, 3 submersible pumps with a station firm capacity of 1,725 gallons per minute, on site 12 inch force main, valves, discharging piping, controls, 125 KW natural gas generator, concrete driveway, decorative fencing and site grading. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials and transportation necessary to perform the work under this contract per specifications. Substantial completion of the project is set to have the Lift Station Operational within 210 calendar days from the time of which notice to proceed has been issued to the awarded contractor and project to be completed within 365 calendar days. All construction shall be in conformance with project plans, specifications, City of Missouri City standards, ordinances and comply with Americans with disabilities act requirements. All costs anticipated by the contractor(s) for which reimbursement will be sought MUST be included in the price bid on the attached bid sheet. This includes any delivery, fuel surcharge or any other miscellaneous charges. Contract duration: 210 days Contract renewal: 1 annual renewal
