Site work and renovation of a civil project in Oxford, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Oxford, (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: RIVERS HILL PUMPS. The Project includes the following Work Installation of two 750 gpm pumps, electrical and controls, generator, and distribution piping at the Owners existing two million gallon elevated tank located on Pegues Road. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual. Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letters qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular bid, and such proposals will not be considered in making the award. The City of Oxford reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids if considered not in the best interest of the City of Oxford, Mississippi.
