SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to Terry Novak, Secretary, Angleton Drainage District, for FURNISHING AND DELIVERY of CORRUGATED GALVANIZED STEEL PIPE, ALUMINIZED TYPE II ULTRA FLO PIPE, REINFORCED ROUND CONCRETE PIPE, PRECAST CONCRETE BOX CULVERTS and DUAL WALL SEAL TIGHT CORRUGATED POLYETHYLENE PIPE WITH BUILT IN BELL JOINTS, to any location in the Angleton Drainage District, for the period of October 13, 2022 through October 13, 2023 The bids will be awarded during the regular public meeting in October, 2022. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof, and to waive all technicalities. Convenience of service will be a consideration of rejection or acceptance. The of Supervisors shall select the bid, that in the Board's judgement, will be most advantageous to the District and shall result in the best and most economical completion of the District's proposed plants, improvements, facilities, works, equipment and appliances. Mark on the outside of the envelope "Bid for Furnishing and Delivery of": - Aluminized Ultra Flo Pipe, Reinforced Round Concrete Pipe, Precast Concrete Box Culverts or Corrugated Polyethylene Pipe. If you are bidding on more than one type of pipe, mark each on the outside of the envelope.
