SpawGlass Construction Corporation is soliciting for subcontractor and supplier proposals from qualified companies for the Brazoria County Courthouse Expansion Justice Center Foundation project, located in Angleton, Texas. Subcontracts will only be awarded to responsible contractors possessing the ability to perform its scope of work as required per the terms and conditions of the contract documents. Subcontractors will be selected by best-value on pricing, general qualifications, experience, safety, quality, schedule, agreement to terms and conditions, and all provisions of the Texas Labor Code as detailed in the project manual. Subcontractors must include Brazoria County Wage rates in their proposals. RFI's are due by 10/04/2022 at Noon. Scopes of work being awarded for the Justice Center Building only include the deep foundation displacement piles.
