# of Firms to Select 1 Small Structure Project Development Services Six (6) Small Structure Replacements along SR-62 & SR-250 in Jefferson & Switzerland Counties, Seymour District The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide an Abbreviated Engineering Assessment Report, Road Design, Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Investigation, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis and Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking), Real Estate Acquisition Services and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations. Topographic Survey for these projects will be performed by INDOT forces. INDOT will also provide Closing Services for these projects, if needed.
