Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in San Francisco, California. The proposed project scope includes the following: reorient and reposition the existing sports fields to improve safety, access and viewing and allow simultaneous games; to provide a new playground, an exterior ball court, a stage, sports viewing areas, dog play area, gardens, and to renovate and relocate the historic clubhouse from the southeast corner of the site to mid-block along Carolina Street. The building's exterior will be refinished, and repainted and interior spaces will be renovated, including updated and expanded kitchen and restrooms and improved stage area. As a result of interior improvements, flexible common space will be reduced within the existing clubhouse and a new addition will be constructed. This clubhouse addition will provide space for flexible use and access by the public and will add approximately 1,850 gross SF to the 4,750 gross SF of the existing clubhouse. As of April 16, 2026, this project is in the design phase. An architect has been selected for the project.
