The Tonkawa Tribe of Oklahoma is issuing a Request for Qualification (RFQ) for complete Construction Manager at Risk services to be utilized for the construction of the Tonkawa Urgent Care Clinic and Pharmacy in Tonkawa Oklahoma. The clinic will include a pharmacy, laboratory, x-ray suite, exam rooms, associated parking areas and drive-thru canopy. The successful CMAR will assist the Owner in selecting the Architect for the project. Construction Manager at Risk firms wishing to be considered for the project must submit RFQ to the Owner for evaluation. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria: 1. Construction Manager at Risk Experience and Qualifications (20pts). 2. Construction experience in the last Five (5) years on projects of similar size and scope to the one being considered (10pts). 3. Experience of Construction Manager's Project-Specific Staff (20pts). 4. Cost Management and Critical Path Scheduling experience (10pts). 5. Construction experience with Tribal Projects (20pts). 6. Indian Preference. Please provide evidence as indicated in the request for qualifications. During the RFQ evaluation phase, Indian Owned firms will be awarded a preference in the evaluation criterion (10pts). The Tonkawa Tribal Committee will approve the final selection of the firm.
