Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a transportation facility.
Questons Due May 29, 2023 The proposed hangar is to be 6400 Square feet, with a hangar door height of 24’9” and a width of 80’. The 10 unit T hangars shall be a minimum size of 315 ft x 50 ft and a door height of 12’. The hangars are to be a pre-engineered metal-skinned metal structure constructed on a concrete slab. The building’s utility systems will include domestic water, fire protection (if required), power, sanitary sewer, and communications. The design of the facility will be subject to City of Cheyenne Department of Planning, Building and Development review. All offerors shall have a licensed Class “A” Contractor and an Architect or Engineer registered in the State of Wyoming as part of the Project team.
