Laramie County Community College is soliciting quotes from potential snow and ice removal service contractors who are interested in providing snow and ice removal services for the LCCC campus located in Cheyenne, WY. Scope of work includes sidewalks and parking lots throughout campus. Estimated Area of Coverage for Parking Lots: Approximately 21 Acres Estimated Area of Coverage for Sidewalks: Approximately 6.5 Acres Approximately 25% of Sidewalks require hand shoveling Amount of Snow to Trigger Contractor: 1 inch Accumulation Snow/Ice Removal to be completed by 7:00am MST It is the intent of the college to participate in a multi-year (up to 5 years) agreement with the successful contractor to provide these services. The successful contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, consumables, tools, materials, equipment and expenses necessary to complete the control scope of work as detailed per the attached Scope of Work.
