A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Public notice and invitation to submit proposals is hereby given by the Community Redevelopment Authority of the City of Wayne, Nebraska (CRA), to private developers or any persons interested in the purchase and development of two (2) lots owned by the CRA located between Logan and Nebraska Streets on the north side of 2nd Street. The CRA is requesting proposals be submitted for development by the end of business on November 9, 2022. Proposal guidelines are listed below and may also be obtained at City Hall, 306 Pearl Street.
