INVITATION FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST and consultant proposals The Board of Trustees of the Nebraska State Colleges doing business as Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska, is seeking architectural/engineering services to include program statement development, schematic design, design development, construction documents, assistance with selection of CMR, and construction administration for the construction of new suite-style housing as well as renovation of Berry Hall including a partial demolition. The RFP for consultant services will then be provided. Project Description: This project will include construction of a new approximate 171 bed suite style housing unit on college owned property on the east side of campus. The suites will include (2) double student rooms and potential some singles, bathrooms, and appropriate accommodations. The project will also include the renovation of the existing east wing and center lobbies of Berry Hall, as well as the demolition of the west wing of Berry Hall. The Berry Hall renovation will include HVAC and electrical upgrades, aesthetic improvements, window replacement, student room improvements, and restroom upgrades, along with ADA improvements. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
