**As of October 19, 2023, project was awarded to Otte Construction, awarded amount is $4,156,000.20.** YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Wayne, Nebraska shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical work for the proposed construction of the Wayne City Hall and Police Relocation project (former Ameritas Insurance Bldg.) located at 513 Main St., Wayne, Nebraska. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
