Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wayne, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For furnishing all equipment, materials and labor for construction for the College Hill Park Trail Head Project to be built at the old swimming pool house property at 1220 Lincoln Street in Wayne, Nebraska. The work shall consist of rehabilitation of the existing pool house, new canopies, and any related incidental work as outlined in the plans. This project consists of the existing Pool House to be rehabilitated for a new use as a meeting space with kitchen, restroom, storage, and second exterior rest room for utilization by the walking trail users. College Hill Park Trail Head=1220 Lincoln Street Wayne, Nebraska 68787 Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid guarantee that the successful bidder shall enter into a contract with the City of Wayne. Award of the Contract will be in accordance with the County Purchasing Acts competitive bidding considerations as set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. 23-3110 to 23-3114. The City of Wayne is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
