Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Wayne, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
This project includes a new pre-engineered metal building to be located at 520 Fairgrounds Ave., Wayne, NE. The project includes cast-in-place concrete foundations and slabs, metal bollards, overhead doors, hollow metal doors and frames, fiber glass doors and frames, fiber glass windows, and associated mechanical and electrical work. Site work and utilities more than 5' outside the building perimeter are NOT included within the scope of this contract. Owner will be responsible for bringing utilities to within 5' of the building. 2. The project also includes exterior signage. Doc Notes: Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Question Deadline 04/26/2024 Questions must be submitted in writing and received by the Architect. Submit all questions and substitution requests via email to Bob Soukup (bsoukup@cwparchitects.com).
