Drilling, construction, development and testing of a new supply well. Project location is on Houghton Road at the Southeast Regional Park property (between S. Brekke and E. Dawn Roads), south of the M.C. Motorsports Park entrance. All work is to be completed pursuant to the Construction Documents prepared by Clear Creek Associates, dated June 8, 2022, which are attached herein. Estimated cost for the project is between $850,000.00 and $920,000.00. Contractor will have 55 calendar days to complete the project from date the Notice to Proceed is issued. Liquidated damages for late delivery will be assessed per Article 7 of the General Conditions. The project consists of drilling, construction, development and testing of a new supply well. Project location is on Houghton Rd. at the Southeast Regional Park property between S. Brekke Rd. and E. Dawn Rd. Estimated cost for the project is between $850,000.00 and $920,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
