The budget is $500,000 to $700,000 Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment and Services Required for: Comer Homes Sanitary Sewer Replacement Ga; 130 - 1 and 103 - B / 103 - 2 Comer, Georgia A Certified Check or Bank Draft Drawn on a Bank or Trust Company Insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation, Payable to Athens Housing Authority, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and an Acceptable Surety on the Bid Bond Form Contained in the Project Manual and in the Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay for Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond(S) in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Amount.
