Flintco is requesting Bid Proposals for subcontractor work related to the SAISD Rogers Middle School. The proposals being requested are for all packages. The project consists of addition and renovations of 54,375 SF building at the Harry H Rogers MS. The project includes a new competition gym, athletics building with locker rooms and coaches offices, renovation and expansion of the line arts building , and renovation of the secondary gym. Site improvement include new track and field, offsite utility extensions, underground of existing overhead utilities. All invited bidders will receive and email or fax with access information.
