The selected vendor(s) will be required to provide a Quote on each job as it become available. The first property that will be Quoted is a portion of Westbury - Holley Square which contains 59 family housing units on two locations. Site A is bordered on the north by County St., on the south by Columbia St., on the west by Godwin St. and on the east by Elm Ave. Site B is located both north and south of South Street. Please see Exhibit A - Map for exact locations. Site A - 1318 Columbia St. Portsmouth, VA 23704 1325 County St. Portsmouth, VA 23704 701 Armstrong St. Portsmouth, VA 23705 707 Armstrong St. Portsmouth, VA 23705 Center Point: Latitude 36.833050 and Longitude -76.313982 Site B - 1009 Bismarck Myrick Crescent Portsmouth, VA 23705 1014 Chisholm Crescent Portsmouth, VA 23705 Center Point: Latitude 36.831156 and Longitude -76.311401 Scope of Work include the following: 15.1 Tree Trimming 15.1.1 Trim all branches of trees 8 feet horizontally away from any structures or public streets. Where necessary, cut opposite side of tree to maintain an aesthetic balance of limbs without damaging or increasing risk to the tree; 15.1.2 Cut all tree limbs 8 feet from the ground vertically; 15.1.3 Trim tree limbs to prevent an overgrowth appearance, removing any broken or dead tree limbs. 15.2 Shrub & Bush Trimming 15.2.1 Trim all bushes at building below the window lines of the units and not to exceed the top of any porch or railing. 15.2.2 Trim all other bushes to present a neat appearance and ensure safety to the residents as well as the public; 15.2.3 Cut bushes free of walkways, entryways and any structures. Any vegetation on buildings or in bushes shall be removed and disposed of; 15.2.4 Maintain a minimum distance of 3 feet between bushes and buildings, if the size of bushes will allow. 15.3 Assure adequate safety of employees. Public work areas shall be roped off to prevent traffic from entering those areas and maintained until work is completed and areas are considered safe; 15.4 Provide PRHA a schedule that will be utilized for notification to residents when work will be performed; 15.5 Remove all limbs and debris from site daily or stored inside dumpsters daily. (Dumpster to be provided by contractor); 15.6 Restore any damage to site caused by tree trimming, at a minimum, to previous existing conditions prior to any additional work taking place; 15.7 Include any equipment, or other expenses, in initial Quote; 15.8 Contractor is required to have a superintendent onsite at all times while work is being performed.
