Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Burlington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Vendors shall submit bid pricing in table provided in Section 1.00. All phases of work required to complete this project shall be included in the cost. NOTE TO CONTRACTOR A mandatory onsite prebid meeting will NOT be held on these parcels. It shall be the responsibility of prospective bidders to inspect and investigate improvements prior to submitting proposals to determine pertinent factors such as access, zoning, easements, condition of improvements, etc. Please read all attachments to this solicitation carefully. The submission of a proposal will be construed as evidence that inspections and investigations have been made.
