Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Ventnor City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
LOCATION OF WORK: The work to be Bid is located at the ACUAs Ventnor-Margate Pump Station, at the intersection of Wellington Avenue and Lafayette Avenue, in Ventnor City, NJ. Bids are solicited for the Ventnor-Margate Pump Station Upgrades Project, located at the ACUAs Ventnor-Margate Pump Station in Ventnor City, NJ. The work includes but is not limited to various electrical, mechanical, structural and site work upgrades to the existing Pump Station. All work to be performed according to the plans and specifications Questions will be accepted in writing until 4:30 PM local time, on November 16, 2022. Questions may be faxed to the Purchasing Department at: 609-272-6936 or emailed to: rthomas@acua.com. Bidders are cautioned to obtain and review the plans and specifications well in advance of this date. The Authority will consider all requests for technical modifications to the plans and specifications and will, if necessary, issue an addendum. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000.00. The low or lowest bid will be determined only by comparison of those bids which are considered responsive to the specifications. Non-responsive bids will be ignored for this purpose. Award of contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law of the State of New Jersey.
